Three Round Tower A Apartments in Miami

Finally! They hacked my miserable bank account three times in the past year. I start the year with another new card. Apparently someone obtained I don't know what information because they confirmed that I wrote I don't know where because I searched and couldn't find the star that left virtually a bad opinion of the head of Maintenance of these three Towers and of everything that has been built.
I do not hide on Social Networks, surveys, or behind a wall, to express how shameless some people are or how excellent any human being is.
I am very much myself and living in this country for almost nine decades has not taken that away from me. Here I learned that there are no friends or family, but when you find a noble and principled person, they are respected.
I know Orlando at the beginning of the Pandemic, when Nancy Alcidor was Manager and she was not promoted for nothing. She is a firm, humane, considerate and very hard-working woman, willing to listen to each tenant's needs and concerns.
Orlando fell ill with COVID19 and was very serious on two or three occasions.
I was worried like many about his health.
There was empathy since I met him. I don't have to be in front of a person for more than ten minutes to know who they are. Having worked with the public for much of my working life taught me that body language says more than what the oral cords can vibrate.
Orlando is a hard worker, he treats his team with respect and kindness. He is familiar, because he tells me about his family. If they notify him of a situation, he is there as soon as he can. Treat all tenants kindly and give priorities no matter who it is, always taking into account the health and age of the tenant in question.
I have told you this on many occasions personally. .
He and two other employees are an example for others to follow.
The sense of urgency, respect and compassion is not possessed by everyone.
I know and I now express it publicly: Orlando has not been totally frank with me on a couple of occasions; given the pressure imposed. I don't blame him.
As I said, body language says everything.
I didn't see stars anywhere, but I would point to the Firmament. He is the most efficient Head of Maintenance in the four years that I have resided in this complex

Las Torres is an ideal place to live. The cleaning staff makes a constant effort to keep everything spotless. Unfortunately, the neighbors themselves do not take care of the place where they live. In the office they always have the best disposition to help and assist us residents whenever we have a problem. I am very happy to live here.

Don't believe the 4.3 stars. There is no designated parking so you have to arrive early to find one and the elevators are always broken and/or They only have one working.
Not to mention the people in the office. Make sure you read and understand any document they give you.

In love with this community. Always clean and great staff.

The parking elevator has been broken for more than a month!!!! A lack of respect for all the people who live here and more than the vast majority are elderly people!!!!

Everything is excellent, the office staff, maintenance, service is like a 5 star hotel

I am very happy with the attention received from the administration staff, it is magnificent. The building is always very clean and kept in perfect condition.
