I visited Modern Tower with the intentio ...
I visited Modern Tower with the intention of renting a unit here, but as I walked through the garage I could see several residents smoking illegal substances, it was a very bad and unpleasant experience.

I'm so glad that I went other route to look for an apartment. I was approved for my application, I was asked for all my legal documents as well as my income statements. The property manager told me that because was November she will reach out to me mid December to pay first month and signing the lease agreement. At the beginning of December after no call or email or any updates, I put e negative review here and she called me right away telling to wait until mid December. Guess what, no one reached out to me! 👌🏻
