Moorings at Pine Crest

I absolutely love the manager of the building.. he is super cool and down-to-earth. It's a great neighborhood and actually my best friend and his daughter live right next door to me. Everybody here so very friendly. I wake up every morning and go on my back porch and watch the manatee swim by while drinking my coffee it's absolutely wonderful. I love it here

this is Jarvis house and its really in a quiet neighborhood the apartments are situated in a cul-de-sac and there at the end so basically super quiet neighborhood the neighbors are very friendly but everybody's very quiet has a nice pool that's been resurfaced in the back upstairs downstairs as far as they have two sets of Apartments upstairs and downstairs the apartments are very spacious 2 bedrooms 2 baths very spacious back door leading out to the pool area so it's worth the $1, 200 a month price tag
