Riviera Park Condo

Lived here for 6 years before I had to rid myself of the place. Great building and location but horrible, horrible self-managed HOA board. The building is in constant decline, nothing is ever fixed, they refuse a management company and the maintenance was raised on us almost every year. The board members are brazenly crooked, all renovated their units and purchased new cars after they took office and all were personal friends with and installed as proxies by the longtime former president of the board who violated bylaws and term limits left and right. At one point they actually tried to scam me on renting a units covered limited common element parking spot they illegally claimed belonged to the association. And if you dare to speak up about any of this they will take any legal action they can against you to make your life difficult. I wish my good friends and neighbors still there the best of luck and I truly hope the criminal situation with the current HOA board there is brought to Justice and that new management can make things better there.

Great location and terrific association. Family atmosphere. Highly recommended.
