My Brickell apartments

After living in this condo for 6 months I tested positive for severe black mold  exposure. The managing team, Gregory, Rina Miranda, and David Ugaz kept telling me there is no visible mold even after my mold test. Extremely unprofessional and rude people who only care about money even if it’s putting their customers health at risk. For your health do not move in this place.

I've recently moved out to another City but I'd like to write a review for future residents. The location is amazing, only one block from Brickell City Center. The gym is well equiped and maintained. No major issues the 1 year I've lived here.

What I like the most about this condo is the convenience of its location, no more than 3 blocks from all major Brickell attractions, really easy access to i-95 and Biscayne Blvd. Being a smaller building, you won’t have issues with long waits for the elevator or a super packed pool! Valet system via the building app is also super convenient.

I’ve lived here for a couple of years and no building is perfect, including this one. The gym is great, location is desirable, friendly staff and a quiet building.

My worst experiences ever with a building and its management. They treat tenets horribly—especially, Denybeth - the manager there. Even my apartment’s (2108) owner was not good to me, and they only intended to charge me. I was super troubled and left this building much before my 12-month contract.

Plz hire a better candidate to handle the valet night shift because he should be more responsible cause I don’t feel safe handing my keys every night to that guy manuel.

i just had the worst experience with one of the valet employees apparently he left my car open Or he stole it himself.....
he left my car on the ramp all night didn't even lock it
never took it to the indoor parking garage upstairs and left it in the only spot that the camera vision is blocked......
because there's a lot of expensive stuff missing from my car I know the building management is doing their best
& valet management is doing their best as well ,
but I'm still missing my work iPad and shades , cologne, chargers ,,, and an electric scooter that were in my car overnight ...
all i'm saying is they should at least they  hire a better candidate to handle the night shift because he should be more responsible
cause im not gonna shut up about it till i get my stuff back...

The property manager for this property needs to call me asap, or I will be showing up with the police, to file a harassment order. You have my number.
