I will give my honest opinion of this condominium, firstly too expensive and they do not comply with what the contract says, they invited me there to a Baby Shower and at 6:20 they told us that we had to vacate the recreation part because it was no longer time, I claim that it was also Saturday, and there were few people with moderate volume music, we tried to come to an agreement with Security but there was no way

They invited me to a baby shower and at 6 in the afternoon they took us out of the pool area claiming that it wasn't party time. Very disappointing indeed.

Terrible service, I am a resident, the pool service in the contract says it is until 8:00 pm and at 6:00 they kicked us out of the area. I am super upset with the service.

I recently toured Natura Gardens Rental Community with Natalya, who was very helpful and informative. The community is definitely secluded, which offers a nice sense of privacy. The apartments themselves are decent, with standard appliances—nothing particularly high-end or luxurious, but functional. One major downside for me was their smoke-free policy. While I understand some communities prefer this approach, they offer absolutely no accommodations for smokers, which felt restrictive and inconvenient. It seems like a way for them to enforce their rules without considering residents who may have different preferences.
Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet, no-frills place to live and don’t mind the smoking restrictions, it could be a good fit. But if you’re a smoker, be aware that this community is not accommodating in any way.
