Manny Reigosa is an excellent person. Every time when we need something about maintenance, he comes really quick and is very professional. When we have questions, he answers perfectly. He does a good job!!!

My experience looking for an apartment at The Residences of Highland has been excellent. The complex is modern, well-kept and has spacious and comfortable spaces that make you feel at home from the first moment. What has really stood out from my experience has been the exceptional service provided by the management team, especially Manuel and Harold. From the beginning, Manuel was incredibly attentive and professional, patiently answering all my questions and ensuring the application process was clear and hassle-free. Harold was also key throughout the process, providing constant support and demonstrating great knowledge of the place and its services. They both took the time to ensure I was comfortable and knowledgeable at all times, which made my search much easier and stress-free.
The maintenance team has also always been available and efficient, which gives me a lot of confidence in the overall management of the complex. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which is ideal for those looking for a comfortable and well-run place.
I highly recommend The Residences of Highland not only for the quality of its facilities, but also for the friendliness and professionalism of its staff, especially Manuel and Harold. Without a doubt, they have made my apartment search experience very positive, very happy with my new apartment ❤️

Asere, this is an abuse. The shit comes out of the sink and the bathtub, a total disgust, something inhuman and despicable. But to collect, they are up to date, and to resolve, they act crazy. This rental community is useless.

The whole is spectacular, the area, location, the apartments are beautiful. Recommended for living and has interesting monthly promotions for new owners.

Had a very weird interaction with the leasing agent called David, he randomly Biased me and my girlfriend for our age and proceeded to act very weird and not wanting to make the sale at all. He barely gave us a tour and it was just because I asked. Kept hyping up the place like we were 18 years old even tho we are both over 22 and have had more than 3 years of apartment renting experience within our last apartment being a luxury one, so he definitely does not know how to be a sales man I can tell you that for sure. I mean dont get me wrong he wasn’t mean or anything but definitely tried to make us feel like we were not gonna get accepted no matter what. Very odd man for sure
