Location, location, location. Beautiful secure building, great neighbors, nice units, the best location.

PRO: Beautiful views, close to shops and grocery store. Very walkable park across the road. Pretty secure building. Attractive entryway. CON: The pool has been inoperable for months and the elevators are in constant repair or inoperable for days. The stairways are filthy, in need of paint and have critters darting around. Busy streets with lots of city noise and the parking spaces are very narrow.

63 Nobe 6305 Indian Creek has major structural issues that need to be addressed. Cracked concrete, Rusting, corroding, Pool leaks, broken pipes, crumbling balconies! Buyers beware, this is a 10 year old building that is falling apart! Sellers are trying to dump the units now! Do your due diligence

Excellent apartments, very well located and with a good view

It’s a beautiful building with a beautiful units right across the road from the beach. The building located by the road, but impacted windows don’t let you hear any noises outside.

Its on a busy street so you have to adapt to the sounds of late night traffic.
