We are in need of structure. Five maintenance technicians, 1 Maintenance Supervisor, 1 Maintenance Technician, 1 Make Ready Technician and 2 Grounds Technicians IS NOT an adequate amount of employees to maintain 345 units and provide upkeep for the entire management office and community space.

Currently, North Park at Scott Carver is staffed with 1 maintenance supervisor, 3 maintenance technicians and 2 groundskeepers, which is adequate staffing for a property consisting of 354 units. Our onsite maintenance team works diligently to complete both emergency and routine work orders as quickly as possible. Poor communication, highly unethical, no ...
Poor communication, highly unethical, not honest. The management is horrible.My family and I was approved for a placed over 3 months ago and no one was able to give me an accurate move in date. I ended up being put out of where I was living and had to move out of Florida. To this day there was no contact to me.

I would like to tell you how Mrs. Kenya ...
I would like to tell you how Mrs. Kenya personally made sure that I followed all protocols! She also made sure to greet me every time I met with her with the warmest and biggest smile, which really helped me so much. And then she moved me into an apartment that has all the amenities that I asked God for!!!!! That really made my day when I was able to actually see it..... I just want to say that Mrs. Kenya is the kind of woman who needs to have this kind of career because she really takes it personally and make possible candidates believe that they definitely made the right choice!!! Thank you soooo much, and I truly hope that you can remain here at Northpark Scott Carver..... P.S She really likes what she does and that's helping change lives for the better one apartment at a time!!! God Bless 🙌🏽 her

I have been a resident here a North Park ...
I have been a resident here a North Park at Scott carver for 4 years and since I been a tenant it been great living here, i love the the fact everyone is professional/ friendly at all time, The assistant and manager call back to make sure that all your need is matt concerning repairs in the home. I have no complaints so far so good in I really recommend these apartments
