I wish I could rate this place higher. I’ve moved around over the past few years, and Novo Las Olas is by far the best community I have ever resided in. From top tier amenities, stunning views from any part of the building, exceptional customer service, as well as a prime location above Greenwise in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. On the rare occasion that I had a maintenance request, I could always count on their speedy maintenance team. Alani, your service has been beyond exceptional. I appreciate your kindness and support throughout the term of my lease. Again, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Great location, easy access to restaurants and super plus that Greenwise is downstairs. Cheo Phillips, leasing agent is your “go to” person. Very thorough and efficient in the touring and pre-application process.
