I've never been more excited and felt more at ease with my move in than when I worked with Melissa at Exchange Lofts. If it weren't for her continuous (but not annoying) out reach and follow through I would not have been able to call this place my home. I feel very comfortable knowing she is handling my needs and attending to my requests.

Melissa was a great help every step of the way of the leasing process. She was very pleasant to deal with and answered all of my questions. I was unsure of which apartment I wanted exactly and she was patient and showed me many different options to fit my needs and my budget. I would have to say she is the best leasing agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Also, the apartments here are beautiful and much  different from the cookie cutter luxury buildings you see everywhere now. (In a good way)
You won’t find anything else like them.

Came in today just walking by and ended up leasing an apartment that my wife loves! We are so happy to have come across Melissa. She was so nice, patient, knew everything about the building and found us an apartment that we love just from our answers. Truly a gem

Amber was absolutely awesome to work with. She is a complete professional. I called few hours ago. She was able to schedule for my son to view the apartment same day. All paper work completed stress free within minutes. She is extremely responsive an answered all my questions. I would highly recommend working with her!!  100% recommend!

Showed up to an open house with 15 minutes left and the ladies in the leasing office accommodated my every need, love the building and the staff!

Coolest apts in south Florida. Won’t see floor plans like these in the area

As many of the other reviewers stated, Melissa in the leasing office is great and does as much as she can for residents. However it doesn’t change the fact that the halls smell like mold due to the building AC being out for almost a year, good luck with the maintence team actually fixing something before it’s a disaster, and the common areas dirty, unkept and in many cases falling apart.
It really is a shame because the units in the building are amazing and the most unique in Fort Lauderdale.
