The manager of that building has a contract with the towing company and they tow your vehicle for no reason. And when you need her for some procedure she is never present and wants to charge you for everything. She is a scammer. He rents you the apartments and keeps the deposit, it doesn't matter if you deliver the apartment in good condition, he won't give you anything back at all. The loundri never works. The pool has been sawed for years and the basketball court has been neglected and is always sawed. I don't know how to recommend them, there are rats and cockroaches in every corner and a lot of mold on the walls and licking in the bathrooms of each apartment. The city even wanted to close the building because it is disgusting

Great Condo. Good staff in management and maintenance team. Had the chance to meet Mr Ronald Paige head of the office doing a great job there. The day I met him they were busy doing progress fixing the air conditioner in the lobby. Great job Ronald!!

I lived here for 1 year and the apartment had cockroaches running around everywhere, even in the bedroom. It doesn’t matter how much I cleaned and I don’t even eat in my room. Overpriced for no reason and there is also a mold problem. The tap water comes out yellow at first with mad dirt. Roach problem, mold problem and Water pipes problem. Oh and also you are not allowed to get more than 30 visits per year or the cars get towed  😂😂😂 like what? I’m paying my rent to get restricted on how many times I get visited ?
