The gentleman in the office super disrespectful, very insulting and no respect whatsoever! Do not recommend this community!!!!

Well, stopped by to take a look at the apartment I am supposed to move in about a week, my mistake I did not make an appointment in advance, arrived at 5:40 PM, they close at 6:00 PM, while waiting for 20 minutes since on the door is a note that “ currently on a tour” , the gentleman that work in the office walked in the waiting area with his pet, straight confronting and being very rude and disrespectful towards myself just by me asking a question and telling him I want to look at the apartment, his exact word are “ we are allowed to take as much breaks we want through the day, that I deserved a horrible customer service “ Well, dear leasing agent, who’s name I still do not know, your manners are horrible, unprofessional and I am pretty sure you have an hour lunch break, if you feel the need to go home as you leave on site, and walk your pet, then you shouldn’t work as a leasing person! Customer service is definitely not your industry to advance your career!

Unfortunately I won’t be living in a building where  you get disrespectful!!!

In over a year of living here there has been maybe 1 month that all 4 elevators have worked, now we're down to one for the entire property. The garage is a scary place to drive because some people fail to care about others that may be driving as well. Someone appears to be having parties in the stairwells as we have found empty alcohol containers throughout several areas and landings in the stairs. People don't follow the rules of the public use areas, as the pool is used at all hours. There is also a shade tree mechanic that works at all hours in the garage area. Marijuana smells in the hallways are almost every day. Just smoke it outside it won't be as bothersome.
No management,  you will not find my name in your database as I will not use my real name at this time since I still have to live here until the end of the year. Also management can at least pretend to care and address the problems instead of differing to the name in the database excuse. Also use a grammar and spell check tool in your responses to at least appear somewhat professional.

P.s. The maintenance staff and cleaning crew are one of the bright spots of this property.

Please avoid this place!! There was a fire in one of units that caused a huge water damage to three floors. Apartment complex closed those apartments and all people whose apartments were damaged were left homeless. No help with housing, no answer on what had happened and who’s responsible for this! Only suggesting was to call our own insurances or ask Red Cross for shelter 🤯. On top of that one of the managers Tammy was extremely unprofessional and mean to so many tenants. She made sure to make everyone feel like they are causing her inconvenience

The view is beautiful but the building is  poorly built there's cracks in the building dog feces in the hallway and the elevator everyday the elevator doesn't work on a weekly basis the customer service in this building is very very poor the people that works in the building doesn't know how to treat or talk to the tenants in the building this is the problem in this building I advise anyone that's looking to move in this building to not do it it will be the biggest mistake of your life the rent is very high and for the service it's not worth it my review on this building is a minus zero -0 the biggest problem in this building is customer service and dog feces everywhere the elevator doesn't work on a weekly basis the rent in this building is too high for the service to be so low

DON'T STAY HERE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! I recently moved out, apartment left in perfect condition, no claim by management, but they refuse to return my bond which I am legally entitled to.
They do not answer the phone nor email's. I have had to hire a lawyer and take them to court. Overall,  terrible experience with the management company.
Update to management's reply:
I moved out off apartment 223 on November 3rd. I have emailed you many time's, called and left messages and came to speak to you in person and left my contact details again. Yet you still refuse to return my deposit. Therefore you leave me no choice but to engage a lawyer and take legal action.
TO ANY PERSPECTIVE RESIDENCE, BE WARN IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY HERE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

Couldn’t be happier, Tammy has been so Helpful at the front desk and my family have been thinking of upgrading apartments here because of our satisfaction!

Tammy and Evan are simply the best.  I really feel like Tammy cares about the residents and truly wants whats best for our community.  She works so hard to make sure all the issues in this new building are repaired timely and that the residents are always content in their homes.  She is a great community leader and building manager.  Since she has started there has been such a noticeable difference in the management and building vibe.  Thank you Tammy and god bless you. -Your favorite tenant

We have been living here for 10 months. And I highly recommend not believing positive reviews. 1) Workers enter your apartment without your permission. The doors are opened with your own keys. They always come in when you are not at home. People wear shoes on the carpets in your apartment, and then children play on these carpets.
Dirty hands stain the walls.
2) The pool is always dirty. The child contracted E. coli twice.
3) Additional payments are added to the apartment bills, which increases the amount for renting the apartment every month.
THEY ALSO SAY THAT DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDED.
I do not recommend this complex
You answer everyone that you cannot find it in the list of residents. Instead of solving the problem, you abdicate responsibility. The apartments in this building are very expensive. Your level of service does not match the stated prices. That's why 50% of apartments are empty. Change management!
