1. Questionable business practices by management. 2. Rental office manager needs manners class. She’s rude, entitled, anxious, not helpful.
3. Their call center is in a foreign Asian country, when calling is hard to understand them.
4. Building fire alarm turning on frequently.

Beware of administration fees, application fees, background check fee. And once you move in you'll pay monthly amenities fee, trash fees, etc. The price listed is false advertising. They will try to gouge every single cent out of you. Document every single damage, they will try to charge you for pre-existing damages! Fees for everything!! Surprised theres not a fee to breathe!

I’ve had such a great experience living here! Tammy and her entire team are absolutely wonderful—always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. The complex is well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and any issues are addressed promptly. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable community. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Evon the sweetest, made my entire move in process seamless! Jason wow! So patient, so professional and truly took care of me today with no hesitation!! David &Yamille ( sorry if I spell your name incorrectly) so kind, so helpful with no hesitation! I am so happy God led me to this beautiful place and new city!
