I've had a great experience living here! The management team is always friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to find solutions for any issue that arises. They truly care about the residents, making this a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living at Sea View for a few months, and while the apartment itself is excellent and the amenities are top-notch, there are a few areas that could be improved. Update (1/16/25): I want to thank the Hotwire team, especially Justin and his team, alongside David, for their hard work in ensuring a smooth experience. Special thanks also to Alex from SeaView for his persistence in pushing through and coordinating onsite visits to address any challenges promptly.
Package Room Organization: The package room has improved significantly since I moved in, but it could still benefit from further organization. While packages are stored more neatly now, I would strongly recommend implementing a labeling system that corresponds with floors in the building to make finding packages quicker and more consistent.
Overall, the apartment and amenities provide a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. I’m optimistic about the future here at Sea View and grateful for the efforts made by the management and support teams.

Excellent management service from Alex, if something needs to be changed or repaired in the Pedro and Jassier apartments, they are always on hand and solve problems quickly! Pedro, very cordial, does his job very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice place to live clean and responsive maintenance is on point always there to help with any thing that you need. Yes, the package room is a bit of a mess but you make the best of it. You’re always going to have problems no matter where you live, these are kind of problems I want to have Anytime I have family or friends visiting. They are always accommodating for parking. The Jacuzzi and pool are clean. The property is clean. The elevators are never broken. They are always functional

I do not recommend this complex if you like comfort. The Internet does not work, it is very difficult to solve the problem, but you pay for it every month, although you work from a mobile phone. It is winter now and at night it is very cold in the apartment, but the air conditioner does not work to heat. In the work area on the 4th floor there is a printer, but there is never any paint, there is an eternal problem with parcels. You write to the managers girls, they never even answer... This building has some great & unique features but the living experience  is marred by many factors.  Positives: the pool, the 24 hour gym, the convenience store located on the 5th floor, modern well equipped apartments, the realtors who work in the office are nice. Negatives: 1.  the single worst, most draconian lease I have ever seen in my life coupled with ownerships willingness to enforce it to the letter.  Some of the worst provisions are: A. if you pay the rent after the 3rd of the rent they assess a 20% penalty (e.g. $3000 / mth = $600 penalty).  You are served with a 3 Day Notice of Eviction on the 4th. Maybe you can negotiate a short extension with management.  But by the 15th you could literally find yourself in the street. B. The lease contains obnoxiously, extremely high replacement costs assessed to out-going tenants for any damage caused to the unit. C. You must pay for the building WiFi and it has been going out intermittently up to several hours a day every day for the past week. No building memos issued, no info or help from the provider Hotwire+. D. The ceramic white floors need to be mopped cleaned on almost a daily basis. E. Extremely limited storage, effectively impossible to get due to long waiting list.

The building itself is not bad. But everything else is a complete horror. In the contract, you are obliged to pay for the Internet, which does not work more than it works. They oblige you to pay for the postal service, which constantly loses your packages and just shrugs. Why do they take these packages at all? The administration does not react to your complaints. Think carefully before you move in here.
