There's some skinny little rent-a-cop who stands 'guard' in front and harasses people. I stopped to answer my phone while walking on the PUBLIC sidewalk and he tried pushing me aside because I wouldn't acknowledge his existence. I can only assume his classlessness reflects the building staff and tenants. Bravo, Ocean House.
