Ocean Marine Yacht Club

I love living on the beach in a such a luxurious condo. I can see the sunrise as the sunset, everyday from my room. Sometimes, I can also get to see the dolphins swimming on the Intercoastal. It’s a very calm and beautiful life. It couldn’t be better than this.

If I was stuck on the moon and could only broadcast one thing to the World, it would be: DO NOT LIVE AT OCEAN MARINE YACHT CLUB . I live there two years and management ran the place like a prison. Carl would not give packages to my wife and acted like we weee prisoners . Security followed my wife around. I had to threaten to get a restraining order. Ron the manager knew all this and did nothing but try and cover up . I hear the management team and company was all fired and replaced recently, but the HOA board members didn’t seem to care how the owners and tenants were being treated. Unless you want to live in a prison, do not consider this property

I just left this place to look at an apartment. I arrived 8 minutes late and the woman at the entrance greeted us with an unloved face and was very rude. You don't treat people with as much lack of education as she did. This woman does not deserve the job she has, she is in the wrong job because she is not kind at all and speaks rude words that make us feel very bad. She's rude. Get this woman out of there, she is burning down a very beautiful condominium. It doesn't fit with the place. She said her name is Elizabeth just Elizabeth.

The absolute worst! It’s a “pretty prison”. It is beautiful but management and the staff make you feel like you’re in a jail under strict supervision. Literally felt like an inmate and uncomfortable where I lived and that was such an horrible feeling. I have lived in quite a few places on Ocean Drive and some better than this condo, but it is by far run the worst!  From the highest to the lowest employees, everyone was absolutely terrible. They don’t treat their residents like people (humans) and harass you at every turn. The HOA is the worst I’ve experienced by far as well. Wish we could have actually enjoyed living here as we were so excited to start our family. But we left as soon as we could. Couldn’t pay me enough to ever go back. Truly a living nightmare! Do not live or buy here!!!

Worst management I ever dealt with , this place is ran like a level 3 prison yard and THEY work for you . So bad I paid to break my 6 month lease 2 months early . That should tell you something .
