All the security people are very nice, we especially love Mimose. She makes us smile all the time. The building is clean. The gym is very old and looks like a dungeon, they updated the gym in the Portsview building, but we're not allowed to use it. In the 3 years that we've lived there, management company was changed 3 times, and none of them seem competent. They also covered our floor with plastic 8 months ago when someone was moving, and it hasn't been removed since. A/C on our floor has been working on an off for a while too, which created mold on the ceiling in the hallway. We've called and emailed about it. The area is very quiet though and the views on high floors facing south are beautiful.
