Great location. Association and Board updating and modernizing to the new standards of living! Very excited for the future.

Excellent location, super clean, 24 hour security, super quiet and organized; The administration and all the employees are super respectful, I love living here!

My mom bought a condo here in the early 70's, and we still own it. We love the location (South Beach, right by the water). Lately, they have been redoing various parts of the building, which makes it look like a "work in progress," but the major renovations are going to make this a fabulous-looking, more modern and classy  building. Also, 24-hr security, gated and surveilled entrances and parking make it a safe place.

There’s never anyone in the front desk, or any shopping carts to carry your groceries either .

Ocean Point was very nice. They gave me a tote bag with Ocean Point across and waterproof lining inside. I still use it, a year later. They clearly love their customers.
