Do not rent/Buy any apt here ESPECIALLY NOT THE 108 ! The HOA is horrible, stalking everyone (cameras everywhere) and very aggressive. They don't hesitate to expulse tenants or asking questions even if you invite a friend or family member at your place but don't do anything for the tons of garbage accumulating in the corner or changing de AC filter of the building. The appartement 108 is actually a trap : the bedroom is beside the laundry Room !!! And people are using it all the time and even in the middle of the night so you cannot sleep EXTREMELY Noisy. Also the neighboor upstairs is a psycho moving the furnitures permanently day and night. I used to ask the HOA to do something and as usual THEY DO NOTHING for tenants except to annoy them or spy them.  Finally the HOA NEVER REFUND THE HOA DEPOSIT OF 300 USD. SCAMMERS ! STAY AWAY !

It was a 5-day visit to Miami, there was not much accommodation available at a reasonable price for artistic events that were taking place, the place was very WELL LOCATED but the accommodation was really VERY BAD, noises all night, rooms where the lights did not work, really POOR administration.-
