Oceanview Condominiums Building B

I have lived here for years. The management office has always been this buildings major weakness. Victor and Adriana have been running the building into the ground. However they recently hired an absolutely wonderful employee for the office, Angela. She is very attentive and will take care of any issues that are plaguing you, an absolute breath of fresh air. Security here have always been A+. I have absolutely no complaints about any of the staff.

Airbnbers have more rights than actual 1yr lease tenants. I challenge anyone to prove this statement wrong.

I recently moved to OceanView Building  B and I absolutely regret it. Before deciding to move, I strongly recommend consider your decision twice. The building management is a complete disaster with insufficient staff. They took an entire month to review documents (for other people even more than that) and on the last day of my previous lease, I came to Ocean View management. They insisted on ongoing document reviews despite my current lease being up to date. Their solution was for me to rent an Airbnb and store my furniture elsewhere. Anyhow, I moved in .Service elevator - you are allowed to use, only on weekends and it needs to be booked ahead of time. Upon moving in, I encountered issues with the air conditioning and ventilation. Unfortunately, technicians couldn't fix the problem because the management claimed they hadn't received emails with insurance details. Despite providing forwarded emails from the AC company, Ocean View BUILDING B management insisted they had received nothing. They argued that the AC issue wasn't an emergency since the weather wasn't hot.
To make matters worse, the office phone is frequently turned off, and the management office is consistently crowded.

The management office does not provide any service to the residents.

Do not even consider moving into this building if you value your private property. My vehicle has been vandalized TWICE, and the management straight up said "we cannot do anything about it" because there are NO CAMERAS in 99% of the entire parking garage. I cannot even call the police because no camera footage = no evidence. I just pray to God that no one pops my tire or breaks a window because there is absolutely nothing that can be done. The management behaves in a similar manner to a prison guard than someone who works for YOU as a homeowner or renter. This is an absolute disgrace and an insult and frankly, no one should ever experience what I have in this God foresaken place. I can guarantee that ANY of your other options in Sunny Isles or Aventura will treat you with more dignity and respect than OceanView Building B. It is unfathomable how they haven't been sued for the kind of treatment they show to the people who happen to reside here. Although since these "residents" WILL vandalize your property, it is easy to see why this management and these people deserve one another. I just happened to be naïve enough to rent an apartment here and not elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I did. I apologize for a lengthy review, but I think people should be aware of the state of this building and the treatment one will receive upon purchasing or renting an apartment here!

Nobody EVER picks up the phone, calls back or replies to any emails ! Horrible customer services !

I just purchased a unit in this building and spent my first week in the building. I was very happy with everything! Security is 24 hours, management office (Cindy) met with me on the first day and gave me a full orientation of the building which was great because i live in New York and I felt very comfortable. The building is such a good location walking distance to beach and stores. Highly recommend!

Save yourself time and if your thinking of moving to building B I recommend you to not even try unless you want to go through literally hell with the management, the most rude people ever they will NOT HELP YOU even though I’ve been living here for 12 years since I was a kid and as soon as I move to building B it’s been the worst decision EVER!. In building ocean reserve condominium 19370 the first building, I never had to deal with anything like this, their management team it’s super nice and they will definitely help you with anything you need. Extremely disgusted by this place you pay to deal with horrible people specially that woman with black hair that works in the office in the lobby, every time I would try to ask for a question she would cut me off and not even acknowledge my concern not professional at all and not understanding at all with that nasty ratchet attitude. Some staff are really nice and I appreciate them with everything because they have been the only people who treat us well and make us feel comfortable but that’s only a few.
