Oceanview Condominiums Building B

Worst place to live. Paying $150 for parking doesn’t have gate clickers. Which I moved in 5 months ago. Still don’t have one.
Management takes forever to get to the window.
This place pays for renovations but can’t afford a vendor for gate clickers.
They can pay for renovations but the office manages attitudes can’t be changed.
The excuses they give you are ridiculous.
They only changing the outside halls and doors but the inside of units are trash and outdated.
I can’t express my hate toward this place enough.
I wouldn’t recommend anybody to live here at all.

I have been living in this building for a very long time (2 years) and I really regret it. There are cockroaches in this building, which I don’t really like.Therefore,I do not recommend this building

I've been living in this building for a year now, and the most important problem for me is COCKROACHES!!!! it’s just terrible, not only I have them, but also my friends have who live in those buildings. I advise you not to move here!!! They crawl all over the house night and day. THEY'RE EVEN IN THE BED! As soon as we moved here they were already here. Please don't move her

We lived in the building and decided to move for a better price in a different unit. We have full time jobs all the documents. But you won’t believe a nightmare. They have NOT look at our application until one week before move out. We had to stay in hotel because this building took 6 weeks to review our application. Do your self a favor don’t step your foot in this building. I don’t know what the HOA and board of directors is doing but this management is incredibly unprofessional. You will have to take financial responsibility because they can take even longer to review your application. They do whatever they want. Nightmare. Plus a lot of time the facility like restrooms next to the pool don’t work. It looks like no one is working there. We will definitely never recommend this building. For the prices you can have way better experience. Where management helps you instead of creating stress for you and your family. It was unbelievable and we all felt stressed and disrespected. And -$1,700 for a week stay in hotel due to management talking 6 weeks to review the application.

I have lived here for years. The management office has always been this buildings major weakness. Victor and Adriana have been running the building into the ground. However they recently hired an absolutely wonderful employee for the office, Angela. She is very attentive and will take care of any issues that are plaguing you, an absolute breath of fresh air. Security here have always been A+. I have absolutely no complaints about any of the staff.

Airbnbers have more rights than actual 1yr lease tenants. I challenge anyone to prove this statement wrong.

I recently moved to OceanView Building  B and I absolutely regret it. Before deciding to move, I strongly recommend consider your decision twice. The building management is a complete disaster with insufficient staff. They took an entire month to review documents (for other people even more than that) and on the last day of my previous lease, I came to Ocean View management. They insisted on ongoing document reviews despite my current lease being up to date. Their solution was for me to rent an Airbnb and store my furniture elsewhere. Anyhow, I moved in .Service elevator - you are allowed to use, only on weekends and it needs to be booked ahead of time. Upon moving in, I encountered issues with the air conditioning and ventilation. Unfortunately, technicians couldn't fix the problem because the management claimed they hadn't received emails with insurance details. Despite providing forwarded emails from the AC company, Ocean View BUILDING B management insisted they had received nothing. They argued that the AC issue wasn't an emergency since the weather wasn't hot.
To make matters worse, the office phone is frequently turned off, and the management office is consistently crowded.
