Ran into a ridiculously rude board member here was just trying to deliver food to a resident. Typical condo commando talking down to people, acting superior to everyone. So glad I didn't buy in this building and have to deal with this woman. NASTY!!

Worst place in Miami beach. STAY AWAY. They illegally towed away your car while visiting friends, damaged cars. Rude staff. Unprofessional. AVOID! Gerardo is the rudest person

So.. Both elevators are out of service, ...
So.. Both elevators are out of service, parking gate is broken forcing people to use a one way entry as an exit, the gym is a 2 person max that you have to sign up to use which I don’t mind but people sign up and don’t show up… Building is just very outdated. Only plus is the front desk works are all nice.
