One Miami Condominium - East Tower

Give yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Elevators are breaking very often. Pool has been closed for a year, no date for reopening. You can hear everything what your neighbors do due to tiny walls. The “management” who is supposed to help solve the issues, just creating the issues for the residents in the middle of a lease. Extremely not logical behavior - typical Miami. The entrance system is fingerprints (just got installed) - super unsanitary and disgusting. After the covid all the world going to touchless system, but One Miami going backward with all their “renovation programs”.

Building has structural problems, pool is closed, it's unknown when it's going to reopen, HOA fees are going through the roof, and so is the insurance.

Building is a disaster we are currently stranded as there are do working elevators after they just “modernized” the system WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS PLACE IS! DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE!
