Our Community Apartments

Do not rent from here. The owner of the property doesn’t care for the community and doesn’t care enough to ensure this place is safe. He allows homeless drug users to roam and loiter the area as they please. He allows the same people to live in the apartments they break into rent free. My wife and I have been living here since 2018 and it only gets worst every year. There’s no surveillance set up and the place has termites. Honestly the place should be torn down. I doubt it’s up to code. Unless you positively have no other means to afford a place to live. Stay far away

They never answer the phone. Why hang up ? Not good on communication. The office door stay locked more the unlock during business hours . Don't understand why they corporate office is not concerned about all the empty apartments with no work being done in them. Why doesn't corporate see they are paying people to do no work. There are plenty of people the live in complex that could fill open positions.SMH!
