Palm King Apartments

I wouldn’t recommend even staying here. Very unprofessional over the phone claims they get a lot of spam calls but if someone if calling about your property and is serious you would know that didn’t make any sense. The way they answer the phone isn’t pleasing neither. I would rate negative 10 is I could .

I lived there for 17 years. I never had bugs. I kept a clean home. The people that complain about bugs either bring them when they move in or live like pigs! The landlord will bug bomb if needed.

One of the best places i ever lived. Everyone is very friendly and the landlord is a great guy. Very cheap rent for being so close to the beach and downtown.

The landlord is very shady. They will lie about anything to get your money. I was shown a different unit than the one I'd be renting. The apartments are infested with roaches and other insects. They say they spray and fog often. Obviously they need to tent the building. A current tenant and a previous tenant both said they had/have bugs. I have a 1 year old and these people could care less. Do not rent here!
