The Rise Flagler Village

The girls at the leasing office are very rude. Explained to me they would only look at tax statements which I thought was strange. A few months later my buddy gets an apt here. What do you know, they were willing to look at only bank statements for him. Only reason I could imagine is because my girl friend is not American and did not speak good English. Maybe that’s why they were so quick to get rid of us. That being said it was great for us anyway being we found a building very close for ALOT less. Much better deals to be had in area.

I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment at The Rise Building, and I wanted to share my experience, even though I ultimately didn’t proceed with renting. Krys, the leasing agent who assisted me, was truly exceptional. Not only did she showcase the apartment with enthusiasm, but she also provided valuable insights and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the property and willingness to address my inquiries made the apartment viewing experience memorable.
Although I decided not to rent at this time, I felt compelled to acknowledge Krys’s professionalism and the remarkable quality of the apartment. If my circumstances change in the future, The Rise Building will certainly be at the top of my list, thanks to the positive impression created by Krys.

Please read! Real experience! My one-year lease at "The Rise" apartment complex was an agonizing journey through negligence, crime, and financial exploitation. The reprehensible treatment by management, the harrowing incidents of criminal activity such as a bloody shooting on the 7th floor, the presence of homeless individuals invading the lobby couches, and the relentless financial burden despite exorbitant rent payments have made this experience an absolute nightmare.
The management at "The Rise" demonstrated an astonishing lack of respect and care for their tenants. From the onset, it was clear that our concerns and needs were met with dismissiveness and apathy. Maintenance requests languished, and communication was abysmal, leaving us feeling insignificant and voiceless. It is deeply disheartening to pay a premium for rent only to be treated as an inconvenience by those responsible for our well-being.
The alarming presence of criminal activity within the complex, exemplified by a shooting that left a bloody mess on the 7th floor, shattered any sense of security and peace. The management's failure to provide a safe environment is an egregious breach of trust. Tenants should never have to fear for their lives within their own homes. The psychological trauma inflicted by such incidents is unforgivable and irreparable.
Compounding the distress, homeless individuals were allowed to freely enter the building and occupy the lobby couches. This invasion not only compromised our safety but also created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. The management's indifference to this issue demonstrates a complete disregard for the well-being and security of their residents. It is inexcusable to subject tenants to such an unsettling environment.
Moreover, the relentless financial exploitation endured at "The Rise" is an insult to injury. Despite already exorbitant rent prices, tenants are subjected to endless additional charges for basic amenities and services. It is a clear demonstration of the management's greed and insensitivity towards the financial struggles of their residents. The constant nickel-and-diming only serves to deepen the financial burden, adding insult to the already outrageous rent payments.
In conclusion, "The Rise" apartment complex is a haunting reminder of neglect, crime, and financial exploitation. The deplorable treatment by management, the distressing criminal incidents, the intrusion of homeless individuals, and the insatiable appetite for additional fees have left a lasting mark of despair. I strongly advise prospective tenants to steer clear of "The Rise" and seek alternative accommodations that prioritize their well-being, safety, and dignity.

Very nice place to live but the most charming thing is the kindness and attention of the administrative and maintenance staff, especially Kenny, Gustavo and Ermio and the administration girls Vanessa and Natalia who are a sweetheart. And I have to highlight the night security who is always so attentive and constantly walking around the building taking care of us.
