The Rise Flagler Village

Have lived in the Rise for almost three years now and have had an amazing experience. I have lived in many apartments over the years however, I have never seen a building in which service requests are completed so quickly. Kenny, Ennio, and Gustavo are professional, friendly, and overall great at what they do. Could not recommend the Rise more.

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible work of Kenny, the maintenance man and his team here. He has been consistently reliable, professional, and friendly. Every time I’ve had an issue, he’s responded quickly and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is fixed to perfection. His attention to detail and positive attitude truly make a difference in our community. We are lucky to have someone like Kenny taking care of us! Thank you for all you do, Kenny!

Love this building and especially the staff. Great location and tons of amenities either on site or close by. Walked out of the front door to a work out class in the park across the street. This is great for anyone that is looking for an urban lifestyle. I can’t thank Jeff and Julia enough for all of their help. They go above and beyond to make sure all of your wants / needs are attended to.

Just attended the valentines BBQ on the pool deck, shout out to the grillers the steak was so good!! Thanks to the Hispanic woman who kept making sure that our glasses were full and special thanks to Jeffrey for always anticipating our needs before the thought even came to my mind! Had so much fun socializing and eating good! Thanks everyone!

I recently moved in to a studio. I absolutely love all the amenities the security of the building. The new appliances are amazing saltwater pool. Yay no chlorine. The walk ability is amazing. And the whole process was of moving in was amazing Jeffrey Gulick it’s an absolute legend even after I moved in I had a ton of groceries and I didn’t have a cart yet and he helped me get them to my place. He showed me around great energy and is still a constant support whenever I have questions top-notch I love this place

Keyless entry system is God awful, @latch you guys suck. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Leasing staff is very friendly and I've had a nice stay here so far.

A+ and 10/10 stars! :) I HIGHLY suggest it! I lived in the Rise the last 2 years and LOVED it <3 I only left because I had to relocate closer to Miami
PROS:
*Leasing Office: Super helpful. Their doors are always open to stop by with a question. Special thanks to Julia Rogers who's a true gem :)
*Maintenance: Really friendly, efficient, smart, respectful and knowledgeable team! Often responded to my requests in 1-3 hours after submitted, definitely within 24 hours, and always able to fix, replace or solve any problem!
*Amenities: Beautiful pool, huge sundeck, posh game room, clean and sizeable gym, well-decorated main entrance, along with fun monthly events
*Apartments: Great appliances (Samsung), floor-to-ceiling windows, easy to clean floors and surfaces - no complaints
*Demographics: Diverse. Mostly late 20s, 30s and 40s. Some families with kids and some older adults. Lots of cute dogs!
CONS (very minor):
*Parking is open from 3rd to 7th floors so you may drive a bunch of loops to find a spot and there's no guest parking but this is a 300+ apartment building in beautiful Flagler Village right by Las Olas Blvd in downtown Fort Lauderdale! :)
*There are 3 elevators for 30 floors. Almost always not a problem but there may be a wait if you're on the higher floors during peak hours like 9am, 5pm or Saturday afternoons.
Overall: A+ staff, building, maintenance and my own experience. 10/10 rating. I'd suggest the Rise to any member of my family moving to Fort Lauderdale! Hope you love it here :)

Great building with great management. The maintenance team is the best. Fast and efficient. I have been in many of the other luxury rentals in the area and The Rise does a great job of keeping the building feeling newer. Hallway carpets are frequently shampooed, and common areas are always clean. The building is quiet and residents are courteous to one another. Its overall a great place to call home.
