The elevator situation here is beyond unacceptable—it's a complete nightmare. Living in this building has become unbearable. The so-called "management" is either hiding behind a locked office door or, when you finally manage to catch them, they're rude and dismissive. Calling the office? Don’t bother—no one answers. It’s as if they couldn’t care less about the tenants' safety or quality of life. If there were an option for zero stars, this place would earn it without question. Absolutely disgraceful.

Excellent support and attention from Yesenia, always very eager to help us with any concerns and problem resolution, she is very diligent and really supports the tenants.

I have been a resident for almost a year and for me it has been the worst decision. The elevators break down 3 times a week, literally, the parking is superfluous, there is never anywhere to park (not to mention that a 2-bedroom apartment only includes one parking lot), at night there is no light in the parking lot, the administration has very bad attention, The security is very bad, the entrance doors to the Parking lot are always broken (on one occasion the door did not open, I was on my way out and I was waiting for approximately 30 minutes because not even the manual door worked, I did 49 calls to the office and front desk and they did not respond, of which I have evidence). Since I moved in I reported a curtain in one of the rooms that did not work and my contract is almost up and they have not changed it yet. If you are looking for luxury and comfort this is definitely not it.

I have lived here for almost a year, the truth is everything is very bad, the building is dirty, elevators never work, they do nothing to fix it, the security is terrible, many times the garage doors are open anyone can enter if they want luxury and a good place look elsewhere

Zadkiel has been so helpful with everything. He has welcomed me with warmth and open arms. Absolutely star!Not to mention, Palma looks beautiful. I love it here. I can’t wait to move in.

Just to say that the girl at the front desk Yessenia is a sweetheart, she always has a smile for all the residents, disposition and hospitality. I wish all places had workers like her.

The administrative office has bad service. I spent 2 months in an apartment and several people vacated because of the amount of fines they impose. I do not recommend this place to live.

Since I have lived in Palma for almost a year, Yesenia has always been the sweetest, most affectionate and professional with all the tenants, her smile every morning truly brightens your day.

Super excellent, good treatment, everything new, I love the comfort. Yesenia, thank you for being so attentive to all the people, you are unique, thank you very much, you are very special to all of us residents.
