Horrible Experience at Las Vistas Apartments – Stay Away! ⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Las Vistas Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare, thanks mainly to Nancy, who is by far the nastiest, rudest, and most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. She clearly doesn’t care about the residents and is completely unresponsive when you need help the most.
The Decal Debacle:
I was involved in a terrible car accident on the Palmetto Expressway, where my car was hit by three vehicles and was declared a total loss. I hadn’t even seen the car since it was towed off the expressway. When I bought a new car a few weeks later, I informed Nancy about the situation. Her response? “Where’s the old decal?” I provided her with the police report, insurance evidence, and photos proving that my car was totaled, but she coldly told me it wasn’t enough. How on earth is that not enough proof? After I practically had to beg, she finally let me buy new decals. Fast forward three days, and suddenly everyone gets a notice on their door saying that if they get into an accident or switch cars, they must return the old decal, no exceptions. Really, Nancy? What is your problem?
The Bee Invasion:
At one point, I had over 200 bees swarming on my balcony. When I called Nancy for help, her response was, "It's Friday, you’ll have to wait until Monday." Guess what? No one ever came. I had to live with a bee infestation because apparently, no one at this place cares.
The Leaking Roof Disaster:
The roof leaked and caused significant damage to my walls. I spent over a year fighting with the association to get it fixed. Despite them admitting the damage was their responsibility, no one ever showed up to repair it. I ended up fixing the wall myself just so I wouldn’t lose my deposit when I leave.
Flooded Community and Awful Parking:
Every time it rains, the community floods to the point where you’re walking through water past your ankles. On top of that, the parking spaces are ridiculously small. There were several times I had to crawl into my car through the trunk because I couldn’t open the doors!
In short, save yourself the headache and stress—DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is incompetent and heartless, and the living conditions are abysmal. You’ve been warned! 👎
Its a shame I had to leave. i love our apartment, it was very spacious and the owners were great, I just cannot stand the association.

What can I say? Since I arrived in this country I have been living. The views of Doral. I saw that city grow, I used the transportation it offered me, and after a while. 16 years old voted for us because of a small dog. For emotional support he urinated on us in the hallway. After drying. His pee seen on camera.  And one day someone called. K he was barking.  That was not true.  We paid the 3 super high fines.   I wrote a letter to the president of the association asking for another opportunity.  And I begged him.   We were older people who brought us depression. And I don't know. It moved.  But thank God I am in a better place.   And I tell him. Whoever rents. There is.  It's the worst.  Administration that there is at the moment.  😡

The reviews say it all about this building. My fiancé has lived here for over four years and has constantly faced issues. This time, my car was towed, and unbelievably, despite the building having residents' contact information, management didn’t bother to call or provide a 24-hour notice. I had to pay a $172 fee to release my car from the tow lot, plus I lost four hours of my day dealing with the issue. The worst part? When you speak to the office and parking staff, they give nothing but weak excuses for why my car was towed. Fortunately, I went to the police department and they confirmed the building was at fault and bad faith. As per police advisement, we will try to resolve this situation amicably, but if necessary we will be pursuing legal action.
Although we've dealt with several issues before—many of which are already mentioned in other reviews—I never thought I’d have to write one myself. But this time, it was necessary. People looking for an apartment here deserve to know what they’re getting into. Avoid this place at all costs!!

I do not recommend that condo to the grandmother of my grandchildren living there. For 16 years there they have to see other things that are more bad and because of a little dog that urinated and collected its urine, they saw it on camera, they kicked them out of there. For God's sake, look at something else that is very bad there.  It's my comment.  Thank you

This is literally one of the worst places to live in Doral. If you plan to  move here please look somewhere else. I lived here for 3 years and I rather hang anywhere else than my apartment: -Winter season is horrible when it rains the whole parking lot gets flooded, so you have to practically get all your shoes and feet and clothes wet just to get to your door BUT SERIOUSLY IT LOOKS LIKE A RIVER IN THE PARKING LOT NO JOKE
-Parking spaces are extremely tight. My regular-sized car once had to be parked above a little part of the side-walk cause there was no other way of fitting my car in that tiny space and the administration had the audacity to knock on my door telling me I could not park my car that way LIKE SERIOUSLY??? you guys have ridiculous tiny parking spaces that I could not even open the door of my car to get out and you expect me to park properly? INSANE.
-The garbage disposal system doesn't work. Several times the garbage duct got stuck with garbage and the administration didnt solve the problem after days! we were left with a garbage duct full of smelly trash for days!!! (this happened more than 5 times as I lived there)
-MOVING IN & MOVING OUT its a nightmare I was not going to give a single penny more to this administration so i figured out a way to move out on my own in secret to avoid paying them crazy moving out fees just for the "security" employees to watch me as I move and to get the elevator padded
-The people who work at the administration is like they hate their job, they are never kind always rude to ANY question you ask. It seems like every day you go there they have something bad going on and give you an attitude for no reason.
-The elevator always has problems. It works for some weeks and then others it doesn't. I once got trapped in there. They "remodeled" them but just the physical aspect because the mechanism of the elevator is still the same. Ypu can here its old as soon as you get in there

The bad experience of living there is not comparable to anything, the administration of the condominium behaves like a real mafia, arrogant, authoritarian and its only function is to hinder normal life by inventing procedures and paperwork, all based on a bureaucracy more directed to justifying their work and salaries than to making life easier for the residents, life there becomes unbearable.

Worst property management!!!
