Las Vistas At Doral

My family and I are blessed to have been here for almost 5 years, we are grateful it has been excellent! Once there was a strong smell of a chemical they used to clean the garbage area, we called administration, and Shily helped us right away, they checked it and ordered us not to use that product. On another occasion we were concerned about the cracks that were appearing in the walls of the apartment and immediately the administration sent the administrator, an engineer and a worker who works for this condominium, they verified that we were not at risk or in danger.
The parking is comfortable, since we moved we noticed that each parking lot measures differently and we organize the cars that way, this area where we are is very quiet, there are no parking problems, at least for us, thank God so far everything has been excellent!
The owner of this apartment and the person who rented it to us are excellent people, the tenants of this building are very polite, respectful and empathetic.
The area is kept clean and organized, they even placed beautiful plants, the landscaping was beautiful, they improved the floor of the building and its surroundings.
Security does its job excellent! Full-time.
In one of the buildings at the entrance of the condominium they placed a park area for children and some equipment for outdoor exercise. This condominium is very complete, it has swimming pools, gym, tennis court, party room.
In my opinion, this place has been excellent for us as a family. It is centrally located, in a quiet and very beautiful area.
You have the privilege of enjoying the free transportation service like Freebe, download the application on your cell phone and if you don't know how to use it, call and they will be happy to explain to you, the application is similar to the Uber or taxi service, unlike in Freebe it is free, and very comfortable with the new Teslas, you can also use the free trolley bus service to go further.
You are surrounded by charming places to go out like City Place where you would spend pleasant moments, eat something like a delicious ice cream at 4D served by Sofía, see various shops and restaurants, go to the movies, or walk through Downtown Doral where You will find excellent medical care, such as Urgent Care
and other health care services available in the same area, comfortable and protected parks, shops and restaurants like Las Vegas, which is excellent and at a very good price. We loved the area and its surroundings.
For those who want to know about the Charter that is in Downtown Doral, last year it was still by entry lottery since that school does not belong to this condominium by zone. This information is provided to you at the school itself, the rules may have changed there now.

This community is a disaster!!! To get an answer from the office is a raffle, security guards on their phones all day, parking spaces are tight, you can't bring in a new furniture or bring down a mattress without paying fees. Nancy Chang, ignored my emails when I just wanted to simply move out, well I moved out peacefully on my own terms without any trouble and didn't have to pay the $250 fee and the $75 fee for a security guard to watch us move....Pay $25 for gym key and return it for $10...every penny is monitored. The ONLY people at this community that deserve a raise is the Argentinian lady who cleans all the floors, she is an Angel, I'm going to find her a higher paying job and the maintenance workers are non-stop everyday, helping keep the community clean.
Be more like your hard working employees that sweat and make the association what it is.

The management here is a joke. We now have to remove doormats because irresponsible pet owners let their dogs piss on them. They installed cameras for what reason? Don't move here, the security drives around in their golf carts video chatting with friends.

I have been living in this condo since December 2022, it is now May 2023, since I moved here there has been constant disrupting noise and loud banging coming from the apartment above me at all hours. It is nearly impossible to sleep through, let alone work through the disruption. I have attempted to contact the association and ridiculous number of times. When I called security they stated “that’s not my job.” Months after many attempts to reach the association, I received a response from Reiner Romero, the Assistant Manager. He told me this had already been an ongoing case, but nothing has been done. For months he continued to tell me “we are working on it,” until finally he simply stopped responding and absolutely nothing was done. I am extremely disappointed with their condominium and it’s terrible association who lacks the abilities to fulfill their duties. My advice, find a different place to live unless you want to pay to live uncomfortably and frustrated. I CANNOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE OVER!! Zero stars should be an option. Lived there for three years. Administration can’t communicate anything timely but do make empty threats. Nobody speaks in English and that makes it worse for ppl who are not Spanish speakers. Remember they won’t refund any security deposit and no evidence will be provided.

Why there are so many potholes on the entrance road?

THIS morning 2 cars were parked incorrectly next to my car, I couldn't open my car door, I called security, it took 2 hours for just ONE stiker and he called, I'm not looking for the owner of the 2 cars that were parked incorrectly.
