Be aware, if you are planning to move in ...
Be aware, if you are planning to move in this condo, I highly recommend you to have a lawyer. They are used to stay with the rental deposit and they will do anything to stay with it. Even if you leave the apartment the same as day 1. Management should be changed... 1. Cockroaches in the "luxury apartment" (we do cleaning every 2 days)
2. The cabinets doesn't even close
3. The closest "dog station" is far away
4. Rent is expensive for what you are renting
5. They spray paint the door hinge making a really loud noise every single time you move them, it's a nightmare
6. The finish of caulking/painting is ugly
7. The screen for insects in the balconies are not fully sealed making no sense, an insect can pass thru the big gap that they have

I am very grateful to live in this community of Palmas el Doral. I have been living with my family in this community for many years and starting with the administration, it is very gratifying to have met Miss Michell and Miss Nataly who with a lot of work and effort make Palms of Doral the best place to live. With some excellent assistants like Alejandro and his great charisma that characterizes him, he makes us feel at home every time we visit him in the office. and the maintenance staff always attentive to the service of their community, efficiently attending to our needs, with their professionalism they make Palmas el Doral the ideal place to live.
