The worst place to LIVE, I didn't buy there, don't live there, those who run the association would be scammers. DON'T LIVE HERE! They are extremely predatory and do not care about the residents. During Hurricane Milton, Regulated Towing was ordered by the management company to tow all vehicles legally parked at visitor sites. They took my daughter-in-law's car that had my 2 year old granddaughter's car seat and diaper bag in it at 3 in the morning while a tornado watch was active. These are bad people. When my son called the towing company, they laughed in his face and told him there was nothing they could do about it. All they care about is making money and scamming people in the community.
Horrible Managments

The owners are fraudsters! They disconnected the management companies phone number and they are impossible to reach. They made a quick buck and then ran away with it! DONT LIVE HERE.

I would not give it a rating for living, it is a very beautiful place but the security guards are aware of the lives of the tenants as long as they are attentive to their work and not to mention many tenants who do not know how to do anything other than be aware of the whole life of others I don't understand how they have time for this
