The Palms condo Public Boardwalk has bee ...
The Palms condo Public Boardwalk has been kept deliberately inaccessible to the public for several years even though this Boardwalk is required to be accessible. This behavior on the part of the Palms is despicable. Our City government has been trying to reestablish public access and finally we have been told that a Special Magistrate hearing has imposed a fine of $100/day for each day the Boardwalk remains inaccessible. Hope this does the trick!
