The Palms

It's a great condo!

The Palms condo constructed a public walkway as part of their legal obligation to  maintain public access there.  They seem to have violated that agreement and the walkway, which has been under reconstruction forever, shows no signs of being opened up again. The workers have recently told me the southern access point will remain closed. Fort Lauderdale needs to enforce the Agreement and compel them to again provide this required public access.

We have used them twice now. They always deliver. Both houses look amazing. They are punctual, extremely detailed and professional and clean up each particle of dust afterwards. I would give them 10 * if possible. Thank you again for an amazing job start to finish.
