These apartments should be closed down live here for five years terrible they had rats inside the wall the last year I live there took forever for them to get them out.The Ac unit is old the land lord goes up on rent every year building 270 on third floor apartment units he have a few His name is George he’s from Argentina terrible land lord him and his wife’s are PUTA’s do not rent from him he is not a nice land lord the neighbors are noisy there are always big Roaches inside units even if you are a clean person they still show up ,these apartments are old do not move here the elevator always getting stuck the pool doesn’t have a heater it’s dirty and the laundry are outside the unit and that always break and does not wash good or dry your clothes. There are a few people who lives there are apart of the association they discuss stuff around the apartments like they try to be noisy instead of fixing the problems in the building terrible place would not recommend this place to anyone wort place ever.

In winter the water in the pool was cold, not allowed to play to children, when the children laughed, they were not allowed to laugh and have fun. some residents simply hate children. one woman hated my son so much that she watched us, and chased me with him when we walked !! and the administration did not respond to my complaints. if something broke down in the apartment, the administration too long reacted. there were constant problems with parking. in building it is possible to live to people + 55. Convenient arrangement, but awful administration !!! we left there. and today I came to visit my friend, and people with the administration photographed my son without my permission. And when we leave her, they send messages to my friend and said that they will make penalties for my friend, if our kids will play on the territory of the Association.
