Paradise Isles Apartments

I live here and the experience is really bad, the pool never opens, the residents' entrance is always broken, the elevator, apart from having a bad smell, often breaks down to the point of calling 911 to be able to open it with my family inside and in the parking lots, it's up to you to scratch a new car and the answer is that it's not their responsibility. The experience is totally bad.

Very good service from the entire team, very friendly and always attentive to the needs of the tenants.

They never help out in the office area and they will have you hold when they aren't really busy. They communication is poor. When I asked then about my lease, they never gave the information until I had to go in the office and asked them about it, only for them to give me a paper that they aren't going to renew my lease without giving me a reason. Their pools are never open, the pest control people don't do their jobs correctly, they don't go around the whole apartment. They only go in the kitchen. Maintenance isn't helpful as well. I contacted them before and they never answered until I had to call the office and asked them what to do with the AC. They mention a landlord, butvtherr really isn't a landlord. Do not bother renting at this apartment because they will take you money and not help you when you need them.

In my experience it really seems like a good place to live because it is quite quiet and when you have any problem they immediately help you, and so far neither the girls in the office nor the staff have ever given me a bad face, on the contrary they are always very friendly and very attentive to any situation

They are not helpful at all they don't honor agreements and you pay all this money and can't even use the pools, laundry rooms never working right and security act like there fbi agents. Not worth the money they asking for office no help, maintenance never finish repairs ...just horrible place

Most horrible staff and management. Extremely irresponsible. Since Thursday night my AC not working. I reported, no answer. We went to the office and… surprise!!! Is closed the whole Friday without notifying. They do not have any staff for these kind of emergency on weekends starting Friday. We had to rent a room in a Hotel to spend the weekend because the apartment is not a place to stay like that. Of course part of the monthly rent money had to be used to rent this hotel room. People, stay away from this property, do not worth the money. We will not renew the contract for sure.

This place is horrible they tell u they are going to enter ur apartment dosent matter if you are home or not for 'pest control' they dont control anything the place is a dump fullll of roaches and the maitnance is horrible anytime u request something they just tell u to fix it yourself ? whats the point of maintnance then ???  the few times they notify they will go into ypur appartment without your consent is the day before so you dont even have time to schedule to be home , anytime you call the office you get screamed at and get cursed at name called , what type of management is this !? ur best bet is to go anywhare but here ! they want to charge absurd amounts for random things all the time even if it dosent apply to you , only put 1 start because it wont let me post 0 stars
