Great place

My sister just moved here. I visited the other day. Very nice. A lot of amenities. Looks like a great place to live. Only thing there are a lot of trees and a lot of leaves which is not good during Hurricane Season.

Park Colony totally took advantage of me financially when I express them nine months into my lease that I would need to break the lease I was informed that I would have to pay two months rent in which I did via money order and I was told that the ones I had moved everything out that they will refund of my deposit which never happened. What they did was filed an evection on me telling the officers that I never paid rent which was a total deliver it lie and I even explain to the officers and then I had to break the lease so that I can be closer to my new job and that said they ruin my credit by continuously not only selling the company to a different name enV apartments they kept re-opening the same claim over and over again to keep it on my report after having paid two months rent$2490 in order to break the lease .They truly financially ruined me and I’m still battling them after seven years now almost 8 years actually April was eight years they Continue to re age the account So that it would remain on my credit report on going this is been a horrible experience for me and I’m not quite sure what the next step should be.
