Replying to Zalmy's unsubstatiated statements.,This resident smoked pot daily, was noisy including screaming during ardorous eveneings, didn't wear a mask outside his apartment, nor did his kids and his leased was not renewed for those reasons among others.  He tried to leave 4 mattresses behind in the garage when he left, telling his movers to dump them in the recycle area.  His dog left droppings in the lobby, which had to be cleaned up and his dog also left dog droppings at his own front door, because he kept his dog inside during the day, till the point his dog was ready to burst and then claimed it wasn't him.  He was sent notice and  two months at the end of his lease to leave.  Several other minor rules that he also didn't follow.  He is an undersirable resident and didn't care to try and be a responsible reasonable tenant. He was observed one day after told to leave, purposefully leaving the front door open a serious security breach.  I don't understand the comment about color?  We have a multi-lingual and ethnic HOA board, including Residents of color and spanish descent.  We have french canadians, younger and older residnts, singles and married couples.  We are fully compliant with the fair housing act and accepting of all ethnic, reliigous, LBGT, age and any other group.  We recently sold units to 3 younger residents who are in the 25 to 35 age group, who are responsible and enjoying our community.  He was just a bad renter and had numerous conflicts with other people in the building.  His statements have no truth in them, other then in his own mind.The owner of the apartment was kept in the loop on all this had no issue with his lease not being renewed.Michael ConroyBoard President
