Parkcrest Apartments at Oakland Park

This is the most mismanaged disgusting apartment complex I ever lived in.    Be prepared to live with roaches they freely roam the grounds. Ac units are always broken. Excuses are always given. They are absolutely useless in that office. Units are old rundown and extremely expensive for the delapitated and unmaintained units. Shame on you Weber. Get out of the rental business if you can't maintain your property and keep your tenants happy. Please please please do not rent here. You will be in 😭 tears.

Terrible place to live, you complain to the office and they don't give you a positive response, on the contrary they set many rules when you move in, the maintenance is terrible, more than two months ago I complained about the kitchen, power outlets, etc. and they don't there's a solution . I really don't recommend this place, so p Air conditioning being old and in decay, the electricity bill is extremely high and the water bill is also extremely high, it is really not the ideal place to move….

“‼️ALERT ‼️ ALERT ‼️ ALERT ‼️”Been living in this complex for 1 year and I can say it’s truly the most worst ghetto apartment complex with the worst management and maintenance team or should I say no maintenance. I’ve been living in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and a nice private back yard, unfortunately for us we have been very upset at the fact that our # 1 refrigerator doesn’t work properly screams bloody murder once every week with a big puddle on the floor and freezing everything inside of it meaning if I switch the temperature from the bottom part, the freezer part will start melting then if I switch it back to the freezing part the fridge part freezes every food so I can’t barely put any food in there. Plus there’s hardly no storage compartment where every storage part is broken. # 2 Both bedroom floors are not tiled and sweeping is the worst dust everywhere,  we was told we would get the flooring done while living in the unit and it never got done still waiting, # 3 the bathroom ceiling was turning moldy with mold everywhere on the walls and a really bad leakage we’re I had to have a bucket for a whole 6 months and I myself painted the walls after the maintenance fixed it and then got fired and left me stuck with a non painted bathroom, # 4 and the most important our ac unit has been broken for  more then 6 times know and it’s been more than 22 days with no cooling system the temperature in the unit is 86 degrees and I had no choice but to buy a portable ac for the mean time spending $360 that could have gone to a bill / food # 5 and the kitchen cabinets are so badly painted rotten wood and a stench nasty pee like smells come out from them every time you open them, # 6 the sink gets clogged a lot of times and water overflows, onto the floor it goes # 7 outside lights at night only come on once every 2 other days and for that reason it was easy to have my scooter stolen am not happy with my living conditions knowing we have been really good tenants always paying on time and very clean people never bothering anyone our rent was $1,575.00 and know for the new year lease it went up to $1,800.00 which is really not worth it. One thing I do know is that we have been treated very unfair, reason I know this is because 2 apartments down from us had gotten a brand new ac unit and the tenants there have lived there less then we have and we had ac issues for 6 times know hopefully with this review owners of the complex can do something about it since the management isn’t doing anything to help us we always get an excuse from the management but what I do notice is they are always doing work outside but not in the units p.s. I was also told the reason the rent went up so high is because they had put cement flooring outside the backyard for the apartments but we still have to deal with the dirt and grass plus a broken fence , when others are enjoying there new flooring outside. ( NOT FAIR ) we are not bad tenants if anything I believe we are great tenants we work hard we stay to ourselves we are very very clean and we pay and never late we would love to continue living here but we just need some fixing hopefully if your reading this and you care you will come and do something about it and not say that “there’s nothing i can do about it”. “‼️ ALERT ‼️ ALERT ‼️ ALERT‼️”

update: run......spoke to soon.  just awful! Apartment has alot potential of becoming a comfortable home.  If lucky enough, you can possibly have the opportunity of having your own personal garden, within this cozy little place called Park Crest.  Easy to maintain.

Visited a friend complex grounds very clean I must say

I live in the property since 2017, My AC broke almost 3 month ago, I go to the Office every week and they don't give me a solution, for me is the worst management Office that I ever met. I try to call to the main Office but they don't want to give me the pone number, I just want My AC fixed.
