💯💐 Very-very nice, safe, gem of a community with lots of amenities & nearby venues for residents & guests! Our only pet-peeve is that it's gotten really very-expensive to maintain living here: very high HIA fees, Special Assessments, Property Tax, Prp'ty insurance... Etc
