Great views

Nice building to live in but everything was broken for a newer building which makes one question the quality of the build. Marina was never opened and the hot tub never worked.

GRET PLACE TO LIVE

If you are looking for a very quiet place with a very friendly and personal staff, clean, with a modern design, beautiful views, close to the beach and you don't like waiting in common areas, parking or elevators this is the place!! In addition to a spacious, well-designed lobby and good amenities, especially the large pool overlooking the canal!

It is a fairly quiet place in front of Collins Ave. It is quite peculiar, white in color, it is only 7 floors, it has a large parking lot and quite a lot of green in its surroundings. It is a building that is very close to the beach and has a valet parking service. It has many restaurants nearby, it has a lot of places to walk around, ride a bike, eat, visit shops and if you come to Miami Beach just on vacation to enjoy spending time with family with friends or a barbiquiu This is a good place to stay since it has a very beautiful view and a space to share with the family

I have been living it this building since 2016. Its a 5 yrs old building and unfortunately every part of the building is falling a part. Since i moved, i never seen the hot pool and sauna functioned. Also since 2 yrs there is a big rusty holes inside the pool. On the project, there supposed to be a marina since the building is on water but we can’t even use the lil boardwalk bc the sea wall has sunken. Home owners are desperate while they try to sell their properties bc of the high maintenance fees which doesn’t suit with building’s amenities. Ahh the most important part, the walls are so thin so you literally living with your neighbors in the same apartment!!

I moved here from New Jersey a month ago and purchased a place in The Peloro. I love love love it! The building is situated a block from the beach and is connected to the intercostal waterway. A great location North of South Beach and south of Surf Side. The building design is modern and chic, the amenities are great, especially the gorgeous pool, and the staff is super attentive and friendly.
