No xvelente apartment condominium, very comfortable, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) and a defined kitchen. Very well located, on one side they face Collins Ave and on the other they face the canal. You cross the Avda and you are on the beach. They have a gym and swimming pool, but the pool will be under repairs until the end of the year, a shame

It is being remodeled and it is looking very nice.

Valet is very helpful

This place is a hot mess in the middle of a paradise beach, they will start ripping you off at the valet parking which charge you absurdly to leave your car outside in the hot sun, the management is awful, there is a construction going on for many years and no date to finish yet, they treat you calling the police to the residents if you try to complain about anything and they don't really care if you need some assistance. Please never use the valet parking to stay over night!
