Peppermill Condominium

I love it. My mother has lived there for a long time and is relatively close to everything.

Worst place Ive ever lived in my life. The worst elevator is in building D 8006 and they tried to fix it a million times and a lot of people got stuck including me, Unsafe building notice was put in 2021 . The president of the association of peppermill doesn't have a clue of the responsibility he has put himself into with a filthy building like that. The building has cracks, especially on building A . Don't live there.

The condominium are looking old.

Newly renovated and painted.  Freshly maintained. Marvelous, Family Neighborhood. Quiet. Does not flood. Has Lovely park with beautiful trees right across the street. The prestigious Pinecrest Academy Charter School for Children is located within walking distance on the same block. Near to Fresco y Más, Winn Dixie, CVS, Walgreen's, Rinconcito Paisa, Walmart, Longhorn Steakhouse, Navarro, Chase, Kendale Lakes Elementary A+ School, Brand new roofing, Recently pained, great board of directors, amazing cleaning ladies!!!! My unit has spectacular sunset views and views of the lake and the park across the street. I go walking on the trail and it's very invigorating.  The building was renovated, and I am very happy in this centrally located Prime Kendall Location within 5 minutes of Baptist West Kendall Hospital.  See the fresh photos of the recent renovations.
