Pinnacle Village Apartments

I have been a resident for about 12 years. Over the years I have developed a relationship with the management. The office manager Ms McPherson is professional yet polite and extremely friendly. Miss Maria is also friendly and funny. The maintenance staff over the years have been exceptional always prompt in repairs. The newest maintenance crew worked at an issue I encountered with my AC until he figured it out. Living at Pinnacle Village is a joy. I love coming home.

This is the worst neighborhood I've ever been in or lived in My aunt lives here and every time I go to visit her this mean heavy set lady comes over with a biting Chihuahua and screams in your face and threatens you with a dog she lets the dog bite you and it hurts! Next time I'm pressing charges.... here's a picture of her beware property owners your children will get hurt or a bit by this women!!! This has been reported to the authorities

I've had the same experience with this lady she is terrible and I am a just a doordash driver I just deliver food and she had her dog bite me five different occasions!!!! She should be locked up and the key throwing away she is harassing and threatening people and letting her dog bite kids

I recently had the opportunity to interact with Maria as my property manager, and I regret to say that my experience has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, her unprofessional behavior and disrespectful attitude were evident. Firstly, Maria consistently displayed a dismissive attitude towards my concerns. Whenever I approached her with an issue or a request for maintenance, she failed to address it promptly or effectively. It was frustrating to have my concerns ignored or brushed aside, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported as a tenant.
Moreover, what troubled me the most was the hostile environment she created. Instead of fostering a positive relationship with tenants, she seemed to use fear and intimidation as a means of control. The fact that tenants felt compelled to give her gifts just to stay on her good side is deeply concerning. No one should feel threatened with eviction simply for expressing their concerns or asserting their rights as tenants.
Overall, my experience with Maria  has been extremely unsatisfactory. Her unprofessionalism, disrespect, and failure to address issues when needed have left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. I sincerely hope that she reflects on her behavior and takes steps to improve her approach to property management in the future.

Pinnacle Village is the best place I’ve lived. The community is definitely the place to grow and raise a family. The community is well kept and always looks beautiful and all the monthly maintenances are done on time. I really enjoy living here with my family. I really love the staff also. From Ms. Loxene  and Maria at the at the front office to the maintenance staff. This is my honest opinion from a genuine experience being a resident at Pinnacle Village. This is a gem here in Pompano Beach.

Only A Nice Place To Live As Long As You Dont Have To Deal With The Property Manager. But Mrs. Maria Is Cool No Matter How Busy She Makes Time. That Other Lady SMH Lord Help Her.

This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived.  There are no guest parking, they’ll towed your car which they did to one of my guest. If you have furnitures you wanna get rid of, you can’t even dump them anywhere or they’ll charge you $250 for living them by the dumpster. I HATE THIS PLACE … so many  and ridiculous restrictions and I am paying over a thousand dollars a month, for what???? Stay away from this place if you can….. wish I could give zero stars…
