I lived in a unit located at 2500 nw 9th ave. I waited to write this review until after I received my security deposit back, as I just moved out. You do not want to rent a unit from this management company! I lived there for about 6 months. The property manager, who also lives on site, is taking payments from the towing company to tow vehicles from the property, which is illegal. The manager has cars towed at her discretion and not according to what is in the lease agreement. While it is in the lease agreement that a tenant should receive a 3-day notice to cure for any violations, they do not give out those notices.  The property manager is racist as well.  The lease agreements are month to month, and at any time, and FOR ANY REASON,  she will terminate the lease.  I paid $1700 for a 2/1. While it might seem cheap, be prepared to deal with a lot more than what is expected. I also submitted a complaint to HUD (dept. Of Housing and Urban Development). If anything, pass by the property and talk to some of the tenants. There are major issues happening there. I attached photos to this review that show the property manager admitting that the towing company does favors for her. Yes, I reached out to their main office. They are just as negligent.
