Any 5 star rating on this neighborhood is absolutely b.s. do not rent here or buy property here all they care about is charging association fees and they don't care about your safety. Gates left wide open all day, security camera that they admitted don't work, security guard only comes at night and stays on the other side of the neighborhood. And when you call the association to get help you will always be at fault with whatever problem your having. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID STRESS AND FRUSTRATION

I live here for more than 10 years in the pass administration was a mess because they don’t care about the community but know is better new pool fence better landscaping clean and the most importan is a safe place to live !!

Oh was disappointed live there before parking is out of control now one car behind the other before parking rule have to park parking space or toll away.
