It looks very well taken care of.

It is a very quiet place to live in general, the neighbors are very nice except the lady who takes care of the pool is a total discredit for this place, as residents we pay a monthly fee for this woman to watch every step taken in the pool with a lot of stupid rules. Instead of being a space to be calm and relaxed, you feel watched as if you were doing something wrong just by entering the pool. This only happens here, I have lived in other condominiums, one is like this

It seems to me that they are watching me, what a joke

Management dedicated to keep kids from playing outdoors: instead of developing the area, they would try and act like police and intimidate children. I agree with Carlos on how management and the Board of directors act. Their slogan us "where rules and regulations are strictly enforced" this isn't cuba or venezuela. The board members seem to impose their misery on normal families. I hope they sit and think about how to make property more enjoyable than a prison camp.
