Extremely rude staff , they charge 800 dollar association and pocket all the money will not help anyone and than imagine uptop rude . Association 3 I pay less association in a ocean front condo , they're raising the prices and making everyone misserable to confiscate the property stay away

Never picks up the phone and answer questions

I have lived here for several years and it has been one of the best of my life in the USA. The only complaint is the unprofessional security guard service especially in the morning

Very rude staff. The guard at the gate she is female with camera on herself she was very rude.
Dark skin woman with curly hair and a bad attitude, I will take out my brother from there.

horrible place to work, I was the receptionist for less than a month and Maria Socorro, Hay's office manager, treats her employees like slaves, they tell you that it's a reception job and they make you do accounting work and everything, even being a salesperson when you don't have No time at all since it's in and out, open doors and serve people while they give you checks to do and everything else, that woman Maria Socorro, I don't know how she's been around for so many years, there's Bulgar, which is, I don't recommend anyone to work, there's abuse. Now they are looking for a receptionist, liars, what they want is a slave, you can't even rest for a minute because you already have Maria above you giving you work.

a very nice location personally I didn't stay there but a friend of mine used to own a unit there and we were just checking out how it is changed and it's changed for the better and very nice place
