horrible place to work, I was the receptionist for less than a month and Maria Socorro, Hay's office manager, treats her employees like slaves, they tell you that it's a reception job and they make you do accounting work and everything, even being a salesperson when you don't have No time at all since it's in and out, open doors and serve people while they give you checks to do and everything else, that woman Maria Socorro, I don't know how she's been around for so many years, there's Bulgar, which is, I don't recommend anyone to work, there's abuse. Now they are looking for a receptionist, liars, what they want is a slave, you can't even rest for a minute because you already have Maria above you giving you work.

Unprofessional security lady. Very rude. All time I comming here is the same.

a very nice location personally I didn't stay there but a friend of mine used to own a unit there and we were just checking out how it is changed and it's changed for the better and very nice place

Nice +55 plus community.

Bad & Evil Administration. They snoops and peeps into the residents privacy. Maintenance is poor.

Beautiful place to live! I've lived here since 1989 and watched the city of Aventura grow up around Point East. It's very close to everything and I love living here!
