Alaqua Condominium

I lived in Aventura in 3 different condomium last 5 years. This one is the worst.. Worst 1 year of my life passed there. They did everything to make residents life more difficult. No kids zone. Kids have to sit at home. Pool never worked. Dirty corridors. Wet floors, I myself fell 2 times when I walk in the wet corridors. One of 5 elevator always out of order. Tons of rules. There is a rule book like the constitution. Everything has been made to add more stress to you. For example you cannot stop with car even 5 second anywhere except your parking spot.  Parking is so far you need to walk quarter mile to reach out your car. When you are in rush for your kids school or for your work, good luck, you need to run. Cause it takes minimum 10 minutes to get out of bulding. The HOA is a nightmare. They have no idea what they are doing. I run from there with my family in the 10th month of our lease. I kept paying for last 2 months rent. It was a disaster. Just stay far.
