Association  is now 2024 700.00/month , elevators work may 1/2 the year , administration are crooks , that's why everyone is trying to leave  , building are full of termites yet administration charges so much .......I can go on for days

😵‍💫Worst 55+ community I was been. You can’t enter in a motorcycle there and often you have 20 minutes delay at gate

The HOA for this place is a nightmare to deal with and have done concerning things to the people that live here. There have been many complaints by residents and visitors alike concerning their invasive and draconian measures they've enacted. This place could be so much better.

Bad and Evil administration. They snoop/peeping into your privacy. The bad treat u received at the gate, reflects the mood and attitude of the current administration.

It's a Senior Living community, but the HOA is so encumbent that you can hardly call yourself "owner" of your property. They have (or want to have) a say in almost every aspect of your life, whether inside your property or on common grounds.

Fantastic place to live and enjoy your life with the beauty of the ocean all around every single apartment... there is a walkway lit up at night so you can go walking underneath the stars above you and see the ocean waters with the boats lit up in complete safety viewing the magistry of nature...!! They also on Saturdays during season when the snowboards arrived have fantastic shows in the clubhouse as well as dancing, singing artists, and then on Sundays they have a recent movie sewn in the clubhouse as well...!! During the day you can go to the gym there they have yoga classes, pool aerobics and even Tai Chi...! During the day you can go kayaking, play shuffle board, they even have a room where you can play pool so don't forget your pool stick and get a good shot with that 8 Ball...! You meet a lot of nice people there and make friends so you never feel lonely... It's always nice to see someone smile at your face and say hello... Sometimes just a hey hi or hello there how you doing today starts a new friendship...! They even during the day serve meals at the clubhouse which is fantastic if you live alone and you cannot cook...! I hope that you go there and maybe find a new home for yourself because I think you will be very happy and just within that Community itself they also have buses at every single apartment which takes you to Publix, Aventura shopping mall Etc...!! I hope that you go and enjoy finding a new home and Friends...! Who knows maybe you'll meet me with a smile on my face to say Hi how are you...😊
