They damaged my car with construction going on. They refused to pay for damages.

FAMILY VISITORS BEWARE. If you don’t abide by their rules on their sacred adult playground (pool, hot tub, picnic, beach) area you will get shunned, not to mention, spied on the whole time. You’re bound to hear from tall tan monopoly mirror head man or chubby tan Mr. Scrooge and his wife & then get security to come over just because we were simply trying to enjoy & entertain my two young children and visit my great Aunt who we seldom see. Shame on you people! Outspoken, rude, and spoiled like the rest of the world today. I have one word for you all…KARMA!

I don’t recommend buying or renting here, my friends car was in the parking lot in a “safe zone” from the construction they’re doing on the balconies of the building. The winds were very high one day plentifully blowing rock chips from the building  all over both sides of The guest parking spots. Rocks were on both sides and all over multiple vehicles roofs hoods and windshields. Rather then taking responsibility when they said “rocks are blowing and falling all over the cars” they said they weren’t responsible for the damages on my friends car and recommended he went through his insurance. Very disappointed by the HOA administration. Clearly identifying rocks were flying everywhere but refusing to accept financial responsibility for saying it was safe to park somewhere it wasn’t.

Honestly not a fan of the HOA and the rules, everyone is in your business and they’re not an honorable association. Not a pleasure living here because everyone has something to say. Just a bunch of busy body’s that have nothing better to do then to get in your business. The people here seem like the hate their lives since they have nothing better to do

DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE. you’ll pay a premium price to live here and then they’ll damage your property and not pay to fix it. The association is rude and denies any accountability for their unprofessionalism and actions.

Visiting my sister and brother-in-law.  They live here.  Very nice place. ❤

Stayed with some friends over the holidays.  Beautiful building complex and great amenities for the kids. Large beach with tons of space for everyone.
