Beautiful location in the heart of Pompano. Recreation center contains all that you need, pools, game rooms, snack bar. Restaurants, stores and bars within walking distance.

Security guard at front desk named Christian was very rude when i asked for information and kept joking with a friend behind the desk and making fun of my wife. Never going to rent there again.

Great place to live and be a part of. Negative reviews posted have nothing to do with the actual place as a whole and/or from people who do not live or frequent there.

Absolutely the worst place of business. No professionalism from anyone especially Adriana who answers or in this case doesn't answer the phone. I need a document signed for a closing of one of their units and she advised me at first that she was the one who could get it signed. Well it has been a month and it still has not been signed. I call every other day to follow up and at this point she doesn't even answer my calls, she either lets it go to voicemail or just picks up the phone just to hang it back up.

Beautiful
