Moved from California to Leisure Towers ...
Moved from California to Leisure Towers here in Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida in 2020 and am really enjoying living right on the ocean with fantastic views of the ocean out of every window. Beautiful beaches and nearby shopping make this the perfect place to relax and enjoy life! Everyone is very friendly in the building and the staff is courteous and professional! Kirk Regalia

It is a private residential building fac ...
It is a private residential building facing the sea, with access to the beach, the beach is almost private. There is no public access nearby. It has an open pool. And parking only for owners. The apartments that have a sea view are very good. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and relaxed. Area where most are on vacation. The nearby shopping centers are small but there is everything you need to live comfortably and spend days of rest. There are good gastronomic and commercial proposals.
